On the way back from a second visit to Le Havre, (because of his own retrospective "An Hermetic Compendium"), again impressed by the enthusiasm of Pierre Yves Cachard, Mariina Bakic, Jean Michel Géridan and Jann Owens, among others, Richard Niessen fantasizes about a small-scale museum of graphic design in Amsterdam. Not long after, he focuses first on the building's five building blocks and designs a poster with them.
