In recognition of mysterious writing and magical signs, textile designer Michèle Boulogne contributed to The Asemic Cabinet with a series of seemingly undecrypted flags. Woven on a jacquard loom the flags are reminiscent of test strips for printing, while resembling architectural elements such as brick and tile patterns, gates and windows.
